Coombe Bottom - The Stream
Coombe Bottom - The Stream
Coombe Bottom is a cleft in the landscape with a stream flowing through it. This is where the bridleway from Ivinghoe Aston to Edlesborough crosses the stream. There was still a reasonable flow of water despite recent exceptionally dry weather, so I would guess that at wetter times this is quite a little torrent. A good birdseye view of this spot can be seen here LinkExternal link
