The church of SS Mary and Margaret dates mainly from the 14th century but an extensive restoration took place in the 19th century, and the brick tower was rebuilt at that time. The church houses a number of interesting monuments > Link
with the largest being in the chancel. It dates from the 17th century and commemorates Sir Thomas and Lady Adams > Link
- he suffered from calculus, and according to the epitaph a stone weighing 25 ozs was removed after his death. Lady Anne died giving birth to her 10th child at the age of 33. Monuments to members of the Corbet family > Link
