Guanaco in Pembrokeshire
Guanaco in Pembrokeshire
An area of raised land between two meltwater channels proves the ideal place to run a breeding herd of guanaco, shy Patagonian camelids related to llamas and alpacas. They are an unusual and arresting sight here in Wales - but seem to have adapted as well as did the Welsh settlers in Patagonia.
