SJ1887 : Hilbre Islands at high tide

Hilbre Islands at high tide
Hilbre Islands at high tide
View of Hilbre Island taken from Middle Eye (Little Hilbre Island). Because of the tidal nature of the Dee Estuary, I was stuck on this tiny island for hours - it was very pleasant though. In the middle of the picture, you can see a gathering of oystercatchers, which are very common here.
