The Principality of Sealand
Due to good tides the captain decided to venture out to HM Roughs Fort, this was aboard the PS Waverley on a trip from Southwold to London tower bridge. HM roughs fort is an ex naval sea fort. One of a few in the area, they had guns to prevent mine laying activities and shoot down planes. It was put in place in February 1943.
