Carleith cairn
At Carleith (Caer-Lethe) a drystone dyke surrounds a circular plantation in which the remains of a cist are situated. Excavation of this site in the 18th century revealed two Pictish stone coffins containing human remains. The Ochil Hills form the backdrop to this image, with Lendrick Hill, Mellock Hill and Innerdounie all visible.
