Bend on the Abbot's Wall and Western Monkton Stream
A footpath follows the wall from Coxon's Hill, near Plucks Gutter towards the River Stour. The stream is a drainage channel following the wall.
Abbot's Wall, Monkton Marshes
In the 12th Century Augustian Monks tried to manage the Wantsum Channel. Ultimately, their plans failed. This wall is one of two remaining walls (the other being Monk's Wall) of their original plans.
