Cemmaes Road Railway Station

The station crosses SH8104 and SH8204. Nearest the camera it is in SH8104. This Cambrian Railway station was closed in 1965 but the line is still active for passenger trains between the Cambrian Coast and Shrewsbury. The open ground to the left of the railway line is the site of the terminus of the Mawddwy Railway which ran from here to Dinas Mawddwy but closed completely in the 1950's.
