The central portico to Old College at RMA Sandhurst

Known as the ‘Grand Entrance’, the portico has eight massive pillars in the Doric style which stand at the top of two low flights of steps. The brass cannon, of which there are six, come from the battle of Waterloo and were presented by the Prince Regent, later King George IV.
