Remains of WWII Railway Workings
Chicksands Woods was used by the military during World War Two. Apparently ammunition was stored here and a railway was used to transport it. I believe these are the remains of the railway workings, perhaps this could have been a platform. There is a corrugated Iron structure with a bench inside it on the platform.
