This example of Cheshire railings is located on the road between Mouldsworth and Dunham-on-the-hill. These are in need of a coat of paint. The black and white iron fencing at road junctions and bends is a unique and distinctive feature of the County's highway landscape dating back to 1929. Time and road accidents have unfortunately taken their toll (from Cheshire County Council website)
