Tree sculpture for Christmas 2010
Tree sculpture for Christmas 2010
The tree is dressed appropriately for major days in the year. Undressed as TL3762 : Tree sculpture in Dry Drayton High Street but as the tree has aged so has the need for a costume to cover him. Amorous as on Valentines Day TL3762 : Tree sculpture on Valentine's Day or in festive spirit on May Day TL3762 : Tree sculpture celebrating May Day. Surely he looks his best here on Christmas Day in the midday sun.

Woody - Dry Drayton Tree Sculpture
Woody is the name popularly given to a tree sculpture in the village of Dry Drayton. Village residents dress Woody appropriately for the major events of the year. Sometimes two events are close together and St Patrick may even be wearing a red nose.
