Usually pairs of pillar boxes like these are from the same reign, but for whatever reason these are respectively of G VI R and E II R vintages. Their ref nos. are CB2 12 and CB2 13 (Market Hill/Cambridge) respectively. This view shows some interesting modern sculpture in the churchyard behind.
