Field boundary runs to Waterloo plantation
Many field boundaries in this area have substantial dithces and fences, or even long strips of woodland. This one is just a fence, running east from the NZ0614 : Farm building above Eggleston Abbey which is used mostly as a shelter by cows. The woodland seen at the right of the photo is a kite-shaped coniferous plantation surrounded by arable fields.
