SP1106 : Arlington Row: Arlington

taken 12 years ago, near to Arlington, Gloucestershire, Great Britain

Arlington Row: Arlington
Arlington Row: Arlington
This is probably the most photographed row of cottages in Britain! Built from Cotswold Stone, they make an attractive contrast to the country side. The name "Cotswolds" probably originated from two words cotes (sheepfolds) and wolds (open farm fields).
