Cragside House
Cragside House
The approach to Cragside House, the home of Lord Armstrong and a real treat for those interested in innovative Victorian engineering. Cragside was the first ever house to be lit using hydro-electricity and very few others in the 1880's could boast fire alarms and a lift.
