Hedgerow and hidden stream
Hedgerow and hidden stream
Lying below the Sundon Hills there is quite a network of little streams among the farmland here. This photograph was taken from a concrete slab bridge over a stream which ran along the hedge seen here. Behind the photographer was a small but surprisingly gushing waterfall, which was almost hidden in undergrowth but was easily audible. This scene is at the very Southwestern corner of the square just to the east of where a footpath is marked on the map striking off northwards from the lane.
