Replica quoit at a road junction on Bosullow Common
The Trevowhan to Madron road passes several megalithic monuments (Men-an-tol, the Lanyon Quoits) and at its junction with the lane to Morvah is this modern-day replica with a capstone resting on three uprights. This is a close-up photo, the whole thing stands no more than 1 metre tall. Close by on the north coast road there is an artificial Cheesewring-style stack of granite slabs - see SW4035 : Granite cairn at Trevowhan.
