The Welsh name is Rhaeadr y Parc Mawr (Waterfall in the Big Park, and referring to the Gwydir estate). The waterfall is effectively one stream split by a large rocky outcrop so surely a plural name is needed, especially as there is also a Grey Mare's Tail waterfall in Scotland too. In March sunlight filtered through the backdrop of the woods a captivating sight - and very difficult to do justice to with a camera.
