Dip slope
Dip slope
A pair of great limestone ridges runs from Ironbridge to the hills of Radnorshire. Its most famous section is Wenlock Edge, but it continues to the southwest. Here at Wetmoor, Herefordshire, is a typical piece of the dip slope scenery. Large arable fields is the usual land use, with woods on the scarps.
