Standing by this apt sign I contemplated my attendance at a speed awareness course for doing 36mph in Capel Curig five weeks previously. My thoughts were disturbed by the dozens of motor cycle fools doing well over 70mph but not getting caught by the police who are seldom seen when you want them.
