A CIE 001 class locomotive works a Shelton Abbey (Arklow) - Marino Point (Cork) anhydrous ammonia train towards Kyle level crossing north of Limerick Junction. This regular freight flow ended in the early years of the 21st Century when Irish Fertiliser Industries went out of business.
