Altnabreac Station (1)
Altnabreac Station (1)
A view of Altnabreac Station in the direction of Georgemas Junction. Altnabreac has been described as the least used station on the British network. Four passengers in a week constitutes an invasion! Presumably the station was built for operational reasons since the population hereabouts has never been sufficient to support a station of its own. There are no roads to Altnabreac apart from forest tracks which appear to be sufficient enough. There is no public transport within miles except for the daily postbus and about three trains a day.
