Junction of Mayfield Avenue and Moss Lane
Junction of Mayfield Avenue and Moss Lane
This very recent piece of landscaping is certainly eye-catching and relieves a large expanse of tarmac. There may be some visual relationship with the entrance to Macclesfield Town football ground off to the right. The quality is high although the character (concrete spheres, Breedon gravel, shards of slate) is rather alien to these suburban surroundings near the busy junction of Moss Lane and London Road A523, the location of the houses in the photo.
