Manhole cover near Dunfanaghy

A manhole cover located on a minor road near Kill and Dunfanaghy. It was cast by Tonge and Taggart of Dublin - their works were based at the South Dublin Foundry in Windmill Lane but (I think) it closed in the mid 1980s. Further information welcomed.
