HMS Jackdaw II control tower
The remains of the control tower of the WW2 Fleet Air Arm aerodrome of Dunino, known as HMS Jackdaw II. It was a satellite airfield of nearby Crail, which was known by the Navy as HMS Jackdaw. A surprising number of the old naval buildings, domestic, defensive and aircraft hangars, still remain on this site, some now used by local farmers.
