C0028 : Cairn, Muckish Mountain

3 km from Croaghlosky, Donegal, Ireland

Cairn, Muckish Mountain
Cairn, Muckish Mountain
One of the smaller cairns that litter the summit of Muckish Mountain. This view looks south east from close to the summit and gives a good sense of the 'pig's back' from which the mountain derives its name. The Derryveagh Mountains can be seen in the distance.
