These steps over the sea wall are near TQ6675 : Tilbury Powerstation. It is unusual to see such historically aware graffiti. The quote is of course from Queen Elizabeth 1st who in July 1588 spoke those words to her troops assembled a few hundred yards away at Tilbury in expectation of a land battle with the Spanish.
