NH9923 : End Of The Line
near to Dulnain Bridge, Highland, Great Britain

End Of The Line
The train stands in the loop to the north of Broomhill Station. The locomotive will detach here and run round the train before pulling it back into Broomhill. It is hoped to extend the Strathspey Railway beyond this point in the future into Grantown-on-Spey. This will involve crossing the River Dulnain, for which a replacement bridge span has been identified by Network Rail. A bigger problem will be the A95 road crossing where a tunnel will need to be constructed.
On the left at the top of the slope is the Auchendean Lodge Hotel.
