The derelict building has netting covering the facades to Cambridge Road and Prospect Place (seen here) to prevent and large debris falling from the crumbling building.
Sussex Express building

Situated on Cambridge Road just on the outskirts of the town centre, this derelict former newspaper building has lain derelict for many years. It was built in 1924 and closed in 1989 when it had been occupier by the Observer newspaper.
