Coldham's Brook near Barnwell Road

This urban stream starts as Cherry Hinton Brook, skirts Cherry Hinton Park, wriggles behind Brookside and Sainsbury's, is culverted under Barnwell Road, and then makes its way round the north of Coldham's Common and past The Abbey Stadium before reaching the Cam at Ditton Meadows. Although ring-road traffic is only spitting distance away behind the trees on the right, this is a peaceful spot with no buildings in sight.
