This tiny flower belongs to the SJ8955 : Germander Speedwell.
Germander Speedwell (Veronica chamaedrys) or Bird's-eye Speedwell, is a common native plant that will grow in meadows, woodland edges, hedgerows and scrubland. It propagates itself as much by rooting its spreading stems as it does by seed. The tiny blue flowers appear from May to August and can be a lovely sight when growing in a mass, they are also an important nectar source for solitary bees.
