View across the park to Harbour Road. The park was the original home of the Wigtown Show until the mid 1990's when it moved to Bladnoch Park in Bladnoch a couple of miles away. Right of picture is all that remains of the concrete structure that supported the seating for the show. The house to the left of the picture is on Harbour Road and is currently being renovated. The view centre of picture is across Wigtown Bay to Cambret Hill the home of the local television masts for the area. Plans were agreed by the local council in 2007 for 34 new homes although nothing is currently being developed. Link
