Built into the south embankment of the Wey and Arun Canal, 20m south-east of High Bridge on Rosemary Lane. The interior is a single room with no openings other than the doorway and the inspection cover in the roof (the two pipes in the roof appear to be blocked). The walls are brick with a roof consisting of concrete poured over corrugated iron supported by a couple of small steel beams. TQ0233 : The Wey and Arun Canal at Highbridge, near Alfold, Surrey is 25m to the north-west.
