Hoofprints in concrete bridge

How to bridge a small stream:
1) Drop a concrete drainage pipe into the stream;
2) Pour concrete over the pipe level with the surrounding ground;
3) Don't let horses walk over the bridge until the concrete has set... Oh dear.
