View NE in the centre of the ex-GW/Midland main station, at a point where Cattle Market Street passes below. Churchward 43XX 2-6-0 No. 6338 (built 6/21, withdrawn 6/64) is at Platform 2 having just come off a (?Special) local train from the Avonmouth direction (on which I had travelled from Lawrence Hill); Platform 1 is behind and on the left at Down Platforms 3/4 is an early two-car DMU on a service to Taunton.
