SX5363 : Mine ruins at Shaugh Bridge

taken 7 years ago, near to Shaugh Prior, Devon, Great Britain

Mine ruins at Shaugh Bridge
Mine ruins at Shaugh Bridge
I'm not sure of the purpose of these buildings, but they look similar to the "bouseteams" in the lead mining industry SD9499 : Bouseteams in Gunnerside Gill so may have had a similar function.

The area in front is now used as a car park.
