Bishop Elphinstone Monument
Elaborate bronze and marble sarcophagus outside King's College Chapel in Old Aberdeen. It was sculpted (1912-26) by Henry Wilson to replace the earlier, damaged tomb, but was made too big to fit comfortably inside the chapel and was sited in its outside location in 1946. The bishop is buried inside the chapel.
