The factor's house, Village Bay, St Kilda
Dating from the 1860s, when the street was built, the house was used by the factor on his annual visit, as well as housing the nurse and any visiting VIPs. Once the army moved in it was used as the Officer's Mess. Nowadays it is used by NTS staff.
