St Mary the Virgin Church, Stonham Parva
St Mary the Virgin Church, Stonham Parva
The church lies behind the village and beside the Old Hall (now a farm). The nave and chancel are 14th century but the particularly fine tower with beautiful flint and stone panelling to the parapet, the clerestory and south chapel are all perpendicular. The nave has a splendid double hammerbeam roof and there are many other interesting fittings.
