Lime Avenue at Hinton Ampner
Lime Avenue at Hinton Ampner
Hinton Ampner was re-created by Ralph Dutton, 8th and last Lord Sherborne after the house was badly damaged by fire in 1960. He also created the garden. The house and garden were given to the National Trust on his death in 1985. This view is along the Lime Avenue to an obelisk at the end.
