Looking south down Marsham Street from the junction with Horseferry Road. This is just opposite Westminster Magistrates Court, and was taken on the following Sunday afternoon, after the August 2011 riots. The court is in session and reporters gathered outside are using these unmarked outside broadcast vans. Given the numberplate it is a fair bet that the one in the foreground is from Sky News. The mat on the pavement is covering over some cables running to the vans.
