Hayes Knoll Station and signal box, Swindon and Cricklade Railway
The signal box started life in 1887 far away at Rowley Regis in the Birmingham area and was saved and placed here by the S&CR in 1995. LinkExternal link The station at the left was built by the heritage railway. The only way to reach it is by the railway. Passengers are waiting for the return train to Blunsdon Station. This and other pictures of mine from today were taken at a Steam and Vintage rally at the heritage railway.
