Looking east along the newly refurbished gallery. It used to be a good meeting place with seats, fish ponds and a cafe, but now it is largely just a space. The light in the foreground is the optic of the Inchkeith lighthouse, designed by David Stevenson in 1889 for the island in the Firth of Forth.
