Deep pool some 50mtrs west of A82, presumably old quarry
The road across Rannoch Moor was built in the 1930s and it's route has many small quarries on or just off the road. Such a steep-sided hole is very untypical of the local geology so presumably it was dug for road-building materials. Fed/feeds small unnamed burn leading to Lochan Beinn Chaorach
