Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith railway path
Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith railway path
Although now converted into a path for walkers and cyclists, reminders of the railway line still remain. This former railwayman's hut is now an information point for the former Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith line. The line was constructed between 1862 and 1864 and remained in use until 1972.
