Stranraer Football Club is a Scottish semi-professional football team based in the town of Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway. They are members of the Scottish Football League, and currently play in the Third Division. They were founded in 1870 and play their football at Stair Park. The view here is of the entrance to Stair Park and across the pitch to the South Stand left of picture which is for the Home Supporters of the club.
The groundwork has been started by Loreburn Housing Association which will provide six self-contained flats, six adapted bungalows and a block of twelve flats on the former Garrick Hospital site. This will be for vulnerable young people and dementia sufferers.
