Rocks and sand, Hauxley
Between the rocks are small sandy beaches, softening the endless crashing of waves.
Many kinds of small sea creatures thrive in the changeable habitat and they in turn provide ample food for birds which forage along the shore, drawn to the rich pickings among the lines of rotting seaweed and other refuse from the sea.
