SE0924 : A slippy floor, Halifax station

A slippy floor, Halifax station
A slippy floor, Halifax station
The entrance area at Halifax station was glazed in a few months earlier and new floor tiles laid. Unfortunately this made the entrance quite hazardous during wet winter weather.

I don't know whether the heater was intended to dry the floor or warm frozen passengers. Possibly both.
