Birchwood Lane Byway enters Candlestick Brook
Birchwood Lane Byway enters Candlestick Brook
The Byway follows the course of the brook for approx 180m into the village of Woollard where it joins Woollard Lane. Although this is a Byway Open to All Traffic, it has a Traffic Regulation Order on it limiting the width of motorised vehicles that can proceed along it to 3ft 3inches (1 metre). The TRO applies to the whole length of the BOAT from the end of the tarmac at Lord's Wood to Woollard village. It is in place for environmental reasons.
